Overview By accessing or using the Ironbound Supply website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Orders and Acceptance Ironbound Supply reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed online at our discretion. Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been processed and confirmed.

Pricing and Payment All orders are subject to pricing and terms effective on the date of shipment. Prices may change without prior notice, and quotations expire 30 days from issuance. Fees quoted exclude freight and applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Payments can be made with cash (in-store pickup only), approved checks, major credit cards, or established Ironbound Supply credit accounts. Accounts with balances exceeding 60 days may have pending orders withheld.

Warranty and Liability Ironbound Supply limits liability strictly to replacement or refund for defective products. Under no circumstances will Ironbound Supply be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use.

Intellectual Property All content on the Ironbound Supply website is proprietary and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

Indemnification By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Ironbound Supply harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
