Shipping Policy

Rate Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated based on item weight, plus a $7.00 service charge per order.

Shipping Options & Carriers: Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. Customers requesting expedited shipping or special handling must specify this when placing the order. Additional charges will apply accordingly.

Transit Estimates: Typical delivery via UPS Ground is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order directly through the UPS website using the provided tracking number.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or any other reason, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, including return shipping and any re-delivery fees.

Shipping Restrictions: Ironbound Supply ships exclusively within the United States. We do not export or ship internationally. Orders requiring delivery to P.O. boxes, residential locations, or those involving hazardous materials or liftgate service must be specified at the time of order, and additional fees may apply.
