All orders placed online are subject to prices and terms of sale in effect on the date of shipment of your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations expire 30 days from the date of the quotation, and fees may not include freight or any applicable taxes.

Orders for pick up at our store may be paid with cash, approved checks, and all major credit cards. You may also utilize your established credit account with Ironbound Supply; however, we reserve the right to withhold shipment of pending orders if your account contains any balances exceeding 60 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of any order placed online.

Ironbound Supply will charge a restocking fee for the return of any item for any reason other than a warranty issue. The charge will cover the reasonable costs incurred for the return, and the charge will be a minimum of 25%.

UPS shipments will be processed Monday thru Friday until 3:00 pm eastern time. All orders after 3:00 pm eastern will be processed the next business day.

Because we understand that our customers are concerned about privacy online, we have developed policies that will ensure personal information is handled in a safe, professional and confidential manner. Any information we gather on our site is used to set up your account or to complete your orders.
